Questions, answered
How does billing work?+
Plans are billed through Shopify's managed pricing on your regular Shopify invoice. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel any time from the app — no separate account or card needed.
Do I need Shopify Plus?+
No. The app uses a Cart Transform function with signed prices, which works on standard Shopify plans. You get real native checkout — Shop Pay included.
What counts as a configured product?+
A Shopify product connected to one of your option templates. The Starter plan includes up to 10; Pro and Advanced are unlimited.
Can customers tamper with prices?+
No. Every price is recomputed and HMAC-signed on the server before it can enter checkout, and the checkout function verifies the signature. Client-side previews are for speed, not authority.
What happens to my rules if I downgrade?+
Nothing is deleted. Features above your plan simply stop being editable/served until you upgrade again.
